There is no specific format for your proposal paper, but you can follow the following proposal outline which was discussed during the workshops.
1) Project Title
2) Objective
3) Description of the Content to be developed
4) High level design & technical description, including:
- Technologies Used
- Schematic diagram
- Functional Flow
5) The Innovation (uniqueness/ originality)
6) Who will benefit from your content?
7) Explain why you think consumers would want this content
Also, please bear in mind that if you are shortlisted, you will need to present the idea to the selection committee.
